5+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in senior management~ Proven success implementing AI-first software solutions~ Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)~ Track record scaling technical teams and delivering complex projects~ Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations~ Proficiency in Python, Java, React, C#, and cross-platform development
Telecoms and technology domain experienceExperience with private-cloud solutions, AI/ML, blockchain, IoTAdvanced degree (MS/PhD) preferredExpertise in Agile, Prince 2 Agile, and ScrumExperience implementing Generative AI and LLMs
